I'm reworking my pricing structure at the moment! In the mean time, take a look at my commission policies below. I will announce when commission slots are available in the future. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Commissions are done on a first come, first serve basis, and I'll work on them in the order in which they're received. I'll let you know what position you have in the line, so to speak.
I'm best at painting the following subjects:
But I'm not completely limited to these things! I can paint just about anything as long as I have a reference or two to follow, and enough of a description of your project. I'm A-OK with fan art, OCs, and game avatars, too.
I cannot and will not paint certain subject matter, those being NSFW/pornography material, or fetish. If you aren't sure if your request is doable, contact me. I reserve the right to turn down any commission request I do not feel comfortable with doing, or lack the skill to accomplish.
Commissioned pieces are for personal use only. If you need something for commercial use, I can work with you to come up with a suitable licensing plan for your needs. As the artist, I reserve the right to use commissioned pieces in a portfolio setting or for self promotion.
All payments will be processed through Paypal. You will receive your invoice through Paypal, unless you've purchased a commission slot through Etsy.
Commissions purchased through Etsy will be paid for in full upfront. Otherwise, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required prior to beginning a project. The remaining 50% will be due before shipping your finished piece.
Shipping will be factored into the total cost of your project. Projects WILL NOT begin until payment has been received, and WILL NOT ship until they have been paid in full for. I offer many different sizes for commissions to fit any budget and project size. I will send you a form detailing your project, costs, and projected time line that will need to be signed electronically or otherwise and returned to me prior to beginning the project. If you do not have the capability to sign electronically, printing the form, signing it and sending me an image of the signed form will work. Please make sure your scan is at least 72 dpi. Completed forms can be sent to email@example.com.
Should something unforeseen occur (illness, accidents, electronics going kaput), and I cannot complete your commission, I will issue you a full refund and my sincerest apologies (and hope for your forgiveness).
Shipping Finished Projects
Paintings will ship insured via USPS as parcels (or otherwise if requested). I will only ship a painting once it is completely dry to the touch. Watercolor will dry the quickest (a couple hours, at most), oil will dry much slower (a couple days, at least). Please allow for proper drying time prior to making a commission.
Turn around time is an estimated 1-2 weeks (not including shipping times) but could take longer or less time than that, and I will be in frequent contact with you on the status of your piece with photo updates. Let me know the best way to contact you with updates, and I'll try to make it work.
Digital pieces can either "ship" as a downloadable file, or as a print for an additional fee. Prints will be giclees and will ship in either flat mailers or tubes depending on size. Commissioners will get a flattened .PDF or .JPG of their piece, regardless if they request just a download or a print.
I cannot accept returns or exchanges for commissioned pieces. Physical pieces lost or damaged during shipment can be reimbursed via shipping insurance, where applicable. Refunds will not be issued on completed pieces.
